More Sentence Fics

I am actually going to do this twice; once as canonverse subtext, and again as domestic Smarla good ending.
Quirks:
George felt the eyes of his colleagues on him, sometimes, when he gazed at the portrait; he didn't care.
Response to Threat:
George's eyes snapped open and he panted, terrified; all he remembered from the dream was that someone had reached out to touch him...
Enemies and Enmity:
"Hate is the obverse side of love, old boy," said Enderby, "you're getting a little too obsessed for your good health, or the health of the service."
Intrapersonal / Introspective Intelligence:
It disturbed George, sometimes, the lengths to which he was willing to go for Karla.
Archetypal Roles:
If Karla was the devil, then what did that make him? George shuddered.

George wished Karla would put on some clothes before he slept, or at least close the curtains of the window he often stood in front of.

Some days, George found himself putting extra wedges around the door; he kept the gun he'd never used in the bedroom, too.
Enemies and Enmity:
He would always be Karla, to George, hate had made sure of that.
Intrapersonal / Introspective Intelligence:
It took George about a third of the miniature cake that Tanya had bought "because it looked pretty" to realize that the others were right, it was disgusting and he wasn't enjoying it.

Karla hated it when Tanya called George "mama," but George didn't mind, the insult wasn't meant for him anyway.
